1Information We Collect

Destiny Analysis Data: When you use our chart-reading service, we collect your birth date, time, and gender to generate your personalised destiny report.
Account & Contact Information: If you register or make a purchase, we may collect your email address.
AI Conversation Logs: When you use the "AI Sifu" feature, your queries are recorded to maintain conversation continuity.

2資訊的使用方式

您的出生數據「僅用於」當次或綁定帳號的命盤演算與報告生成。
您的電子郵件僅用於發送報告、訂單確認或重要服務通知。
Google Analytics 數據僅用於分析整體網站流量，不會與您的命理數據關聯。
我們絕不會將您的命理數據、對話紀錄出售、出租或交易給任何第三方數據公司。

2How We Use Your Information

Your birth data is used solely for calculating your destiny chart and generating the associated report.
Your email address is used only to deliver reports, order confirmations, and important service notifications.
Google Analytics data is used only to analyse overall website traffic and will never be linked to your destiny data.
We will never sell, rent, or trade your destiny data or conversation logs to any third-party data company.

我們採用 256-bit SSL 加密技術來保護您的數據傳輸安全。您的個人命理資料在加密伺服器中妥善保存，防止未經授權的存取。

如您希望刪除本網站上的所有個人紀錄（包含出生數據與 AI 聊天紀錄），請來信至 cs@asksifu.hk，我們將盡快處理。

3Data Protection & Security

We use 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your data in transit. Your personal destiny data is securely stored on encrypted servers to prevent unauthorised access.

To delete all personal records on this website (including birth data and AI chat logs), please email cs@asksifu.hk and we will process your request promptly.
